Open a small video, check on tonights plans with messenger, listen to music to help ease the pain, With ALTZ select them and they will always stay on top so you can always see them. Boss walks in unannounced quickly press ALT - Z and they dissapear from sight and he'll never know their open, even the speakers and microphone are muted! Once he's done telling you what a great job your doing and leaves, simply press ALT - Z again and they return to where they were. ALTZ gives you control over your open windows to quickly hide and stay on top of things.
